Thomas Mantripp on top of the O125 World

17 year old Thomas Mantripp from Lowestoft in Suffolk has today taken the O125 World Speed Record (subject to ratification) at Coniston Water.

The ever colourful racer carded a 2-way average speed of 85.5mph, beating the 2009 record of 83.41 mph set by Wayne Turner.
