Swecat Racing have been developing a new 30′ catamaran with the Mannerfelt Design Team this summer.
Multi World Champions Erik Stark and Micke Bengtsson from Swecat have worked closely with Ocke and Ted Mannerfelt on performance and handling characteristics and in equal measure, design and quality to the highest standard.
Using the latest technology in composite manufacturing, the hull will built entirely from Carbon fiber.
The boat will be powered by 2 Mercury Verado 400R Four-Stroke outboards and will be built in Sweden.
Niklas Sjöö, CEO of Swecat Racing commented on the project;
We are building a new generation of powerboats – lighter, faster, quieter and more fuel efficient.
The boat is designed for customers with a passion for extreme performance and handling characteristics commonly found in Supercars.
The first boat is already ordered for delivery in spring 2017.
