Kevin Reiterer will start his UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship title defence this weekend in Kuwait City.
The Austrian will be aiming to win the Ski GP1 category for the third year in succession for the Dubai based Victory Team.
He said before travelling to Kuwait:
Winning breeds a certain mentality and I am ready to launch yet another season in the Victory Team colours.
The ultimate goal of any racer is to head out on the water and win as many races as possible.
As a team we have done well so far, and I don’t see any reason why we should be wavering from these goals.
Reiterer will have a new team-mate this season, Ali Al Langawi, a gold medal winner at the 2018 Asian Games in Indonesia.
