Britain’s Matthew Palfreyman was forced to withdraw from the F1H2o Abu Dhabi GP this morning.

Palfreyman was trying to ring more speed out of his Dragon hull in free practice when the boat suffered delamination.

He said:

We can’t repair it in time and racing at Sharjah is looking highly unlikely too.

The popular racer is now looking at other options to ensure that he gets back on the water in the UAE.
