The UIM Safety Award was presented to Rob Irvine Chairman of the Osprey Powerboat Rescue Team.

The Osprey Powerboat Rescue Team have been recognised for their invaluable safety coverage during F1 H2o, F4S and the Nations Cup.

Rob Irvine said:

As a chairman of the Osprey Powerboat Rescue Team I am honoured to accept this very prestigious award for safety from you the world authority and family of powerboat racing.

Our whole team feel humble and so very proud that the UIM executive and the UIM president Dr. Raffaele Chiulli have chosen us for this great honour, especially so as we celebrating our 50 years of powerboat racing rescue.
