29 year old Nina Dorthea Terjesen will be heading up Winrace Propellers taking over from Signe Helleland who has been CEO at the Norwegian company for the last 20 years, reports batmagasinet.

Nina’s father Olle Terjesen is the owner of Winrace Propellers AS and the mastermind behind their products.

The company has customers from all over the world and can repair propellers up to 40” in diameter which are performed according to ISO 484/2 or OEM specifications.

Nina spoke about the company’s expansion plans:

We are set to create a separate precision molding company, allowing us to produce proprietary propellers under our own roof rather than sending prototypes abroad.
Having an overview of the whole process is very useful, it’s time saving and cost effective.

Nina Dorthea graduated from Hawaii Pacific University and holds a bachelor in advertising and marketing in multimedia and graphic design.

I am looking forward to the further development of a very exciting company. We have several exciting projects that we expect to get started very soon.
