Lehtonen is back with fastest Free Practice time

Finland’s Tuukka Lehtonen was back on the Saône river in Mâcon this morning and set the fastest time in Free Practice.

Lehtonen, had an accident after yesterday’s qualifying session, he hit the pontoon and severely damaged his boat and could not repair it in time for Round 5.

The Finn who had been leading the UIM F4 World Championship, paid dearly for his mistake, his closest rival Morgan Jernfast won the race and opened up a 13 point lead.

Round 6 of the 2018 UIM F4 World Championship starts at 16:15 CET.
