Guernsey teams travel North for Lake records

Please Share!

Three teams from Guernsey are heading North to the Lake District this weekend with the aim of securing speed records.

Paul Etasse and Chris Stonebridge will be towing their Phantom 19 Gr – ‘Slayer’ up the M6 in pursuit of a UIM Class 3A World Record.

Etasse and Stonebridge, who won UIM Silver Medals in Norway earlier this year are confident their preparation is enough.

John Richardson and Sophie Le Prevost will be looking to establish a new record in Club Class 1 in their Phantom.

Easy Emily is fast although the third team from Guernsey, Emily and Hugh Donnelly’s 21′ Argo cat could be faster.

The Yellow Argo is no stranger to the Lakes and record setting.

I can’t be in Coniston this year but will follow through >>

Good luck to the Guernsey teams!
