A good fleet and the sun turns out for OCRDA’s West Bay weekend

Bob McCarthy’s second OCRDA event of the season was held at West Bay, Dorset last weekend.

As in Round One at Torquay, a healthy fleet of boats was garnered by the organisers and with the addition of a rare British summer commodity, warm sunshine, it all added to a well received event.

3rd – #19 – Jeremy Gibson and Elliot Underwood


1st – #15 – Bluebell – Mark Mawby and Matt Woodward
2nd – Racing Green – Richard Mason and Phil Hancock
3rd – Minions – Neal Ives and Kelly Waller

John raced Offshore UIM Class 3 in the 1980’s & 1990’s.
He served as the Cowes Torquay Cowes Event Director for 4 years, including running the 50 th Anniversary Event in 2010.
