Erik Christiansen departs Mercury Racing

Erik Christiansen the general manager of Mercury Racing has left the company ‘to pursue an opportunity outside of the marine industry’.

Christiansen has run Mercury Racing since 2013 and has spent more than 20 years at the company. During his tenure he launched the Verado 400R FourStroke outboard and the 1750 hp racing sterndrive.

Steve Miller will take over Christiansen’s roll in an interim position. He has been with Mercury since 1993 and has been a part of Mercury Racing for 3 years.
