Macau has the Power

The Asia Powerboat Association Officer of the Day, Rory Power, attended a press conference in Macau yesterday and informed the local media about the upcoming Asia Powerboat Championship event.

After their successful inaugural race last November in Hong Kong, the Asia Powerboat Association (APA) have announced the 13 drivers that will be making the trip to Macau to compete in their next event over the weekend of May 3-5.

After the success of their race weekend last November in Hong Kong, the Asia Powerboat Association are gearing up for their next event.

In May the host venue will be Macau, formerly a colony of Portugal and is now a Special Administrative Region of China.

Powerboat Racing, like any competitive sport is about winning, but surely the winner in Hong Kong this weekend was Martin Lai and his family who put on a very successful event.
