Anton Rosenleitner has passed away

Austrian racer, Anton Rosenleitner passed away unexpectedly at the age of 56 yesterday.

Rosenleitner was elected as a Grein city councillor in 2015 and successfully operated service stations in his local area.

He had been racing powerboats since 2006, the highlight of that career was in Poland last year when he took the silver medal at the UIM F700 European Championship.

Rosenleitner is survived by his wife, Carina, who he married in 2014.
