Arif Al Zaffain and Nadir Bin Hendi have jointly produced a brand new offshore catamaran that is intended for competition use in the UIM XCAT and the APBA Offshore Championship race series’ and are looking to target the pleasure market.
The multi offshore world champions who are synonymous with the Victory Team brand are now testing their new race version catamaran and are also looking at the vibrant twin outboard / catamaran pleasure boat market in the US and have a challenger for that space under construction in Dubai at the moment.
The raceboat has built for UIM XCAT rules and measures at 31′ long, 3 meters wide and weighs in at 2400 KG ready to race and is constructed out of carbon fibre and epoxy laminating resin.
Other XCAT teams are already expressing an interest in the hull while Raghes Barba, who is overseeing the project tells us:
We will have a better priced and quality product than any other boat in the market.
Further details on the exciting new boats from the UAE will be available shortly.
