Aussie Grant Trask Joins Emirates Team For World F1 Series

Australian F1 Pilot Grant Trask has announced that he will be contesting the entire F1H20 UIM World Championship in 2017. The 27 year old Trask has signed on with the highly acclaimed Emirates Racing team and will partner the lead pilot Ahmed Al Hameli.

With a successful career racing F1 powerboats in Australia, Grant Trask made an impressive debut on the world stage, racing in the final two rounds of the 2016 series. At the Abu Dhabi and then Sharjah GPs Grant Trask finished 12th and sixth respectively. As a rookie on the world stage, debut performances rarely come any better.

The first round of the seven event F1H20 UIM World Championship will be held in Portugal on April 22/23 2017. Grant Trask will join the Emirates Team in San Nazzaro, Italy for testing at the beginning of April.
