Amaravati is gearing up for F1H2o in November

The next round of the F1H2o World Championship will be held at a brand new venue, Amaravati in India and racing on the River Krishna will take place over the weekend of November 17-18.

The Times Of India have spoken to Himanshu Shukla the CEO of the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority about the planning:

We are making spectacular arrangements at the home venue, welcoming close to 350 international guests and other prominent power boating enthusiasts in India.
Elaborate planning is being done in terms of hospitality and logistics, in order to incorporate the oncoming traffic in November.
Amaravati will become a global destination for international level sporting events.
AP Tourism had been applauded for all the initiatives taken so far and we intend to create solid resonance for Amaravati with F1H2o.

The Malaxmi Group are the local organisers of the event, according to their website, ‘they are a diversified business enterprise and they deal in agribusiness, property development, construction, infrastructure and education.

They will be organising the F1H2o weekend under their company, India Xtreme and the CEO, Sandeep Mandava told The Times Of India:

We have recently welcomed Marco Peitrini, Director of Logistics, F1H2O (below) in Amaravati.
The teams have jointly conducted complete reconnaissance of the venue and took stock of all the protocols and updates in order to conduct the race smoothly on the home ground.
