Team Abu Dhabi’s Thani Al Qemzi posted a best time of 0.50.03 in this morning’s warm up.

In a somewhat subdued session after the incredible BRM Qualifying of yesterday, 7 drivers ran sub .51 second times, including Alex Carella who had his BaBa dialled in far better than the disappointment of Saturday.  

Down the field in 14th was Mette Brandt Bjerknæs who was 2.42 seconds of the pace. It was a huge improvement and reflected that with more seat time, the Norwegian is acclimatising to the rigours of F1H2o.

The Grand Prix of France is due to start at 13.00 GMT.
